Rational Questions - must answer yes to all 3 for the thought to be considered rational.  

1) Is this thought based upon fact? 

2) Does this thought help me achieve my goals? 

3) Does this thought help me feel the way I want to feel?  

Seek to make your irrational thoughts rational.
